2010 Chevy Camaro News

After releasing the complete details of the 2010 Camaro last month, at last GM has officially announced pricing. The base 300hp V-6 model will start at $22,995 MSRP, and $30,995 is the starting price for the V-8-powered SS. Customer ordering began October 13th (look elsewhere in this issue for more information on ordering a new Camaro). "The wait is almost over," says VP Ed Pepper to the 600,000 enthusiasts that requested information on the new Camaro, according to GM. "The return of the Camaro gives sports car enthusiasts a reason to rejoice." Production is still on schedule to begin in mid-February in the Oshawa, Ontario (Can.) plant. GM is also proud to offer a wide array of customization options, and to announce that its favorite new son is starring in a TV drama series on NBC called "My Own Worst Enemy" with Christian Slater.
