Harris Speed Works makes nitrous easy and safe with the MicroEDGE nitrous controller. This dual-stage window switch offers TPS control and displays for TPS voltage, voltage and air/fuel ratio. Built-in "smart technology" allows for multiple gear lockout to limit nitrous to none, one or both stages in any gear. There is even a safety feature, which deactivates the nitrous if the air/fuel ratio is too rich or lean using a wideband O2 signal, or just when its too lean using the stock narrowband O2 sensors.

After many miles, track abuse or increased power, your C4's ZF-6 trans could use a new Centerforce DFX clutch. The DFX clutch boasts increased holding capacity and excellent driveability, using a patented centrifugal weight system for max grip and a ball bearing design for light pedal feel and quick release. Drive strap breakage is prevented with nodular iron rings and reinforcements. The clutch, pressure plate and throwout bearing (p/n 0103900) are designed for use with single mass flywheels (such as p/n 700175), not the stock dual mass unit.

Get Lubricated
Moroso's GM LS Series Oil Pan (p/n 20141) is designed for your Gen III/IV conversion while offering an increased capacity and oil control. The 7-quart wet sump pan is made of zinc-plated steel and has a 6-inch deep angled sump as well as trap door baffling. It is designed to clear a 4.125-inch stroke with most steel rods, which means no unsightly clearancing or spacers for stroker motors, and it is compatible with the stock dipstick. The deeper front sump allows use of Moroso's windage tray (p/n 22941). A -10AN fitting allows use of a remote oil filter.

Fanning The Flames
Take control of your C6's electric coolant fan with Caspers Electronics fan switch. Retailing at just $99.95, this handy three-way switch and module allow interface with the factory computer for manual fan control. The switch allows for low fan speed override, normal (ECU-controlled), and high fan speed override. The module simply plugs into the factory harness between the fan and the ECU with its three sealed connectors. The switch wires can be run through the driver-side door jam, under the weatherstrip and into the cockpit-so there's no need to drill a hole in the firewall!

Cool Your Jets
Increase the longevity of your pistons with Katech's Gen IV Piston Squirters, which were originally designed for the LS7 Track Attack motor to splash oil on the underside of the piston for lower temperatures and improved durability. These cooling jets use a pressure-actuated check valve to reduce flow at idle and maintain proper oil pressure. The Piston Squirters are designed to work with LS7 titanium rods without modification, besides machining to the block to affix the squirters and piston notching (with some brands).
