Another vehicle that was worth seeing was the 2009 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 which I had the opportunity to sit in and wow what a feeling. This was the first time I sat in a vette and I hope not the last time. The interior was clean and the seats felt like they molded to your body, it was quite nice. If I had 80k lying around that would be the car I would buy and tear the streets up with.
Another vehicle that was getting mixed reviews on was the 2010 Pontiac G8 Sport Truck. From some of the spectators that were checking out this truck was "it was nice", "I don't know if this would sell" to "that bed was huge". What every your opinion is on the G8 ST it is defiantly worth checking out. I was only ably to checkout the vehicle from a distance since GM had ropes around the whole truck, but the interior looked like a G8 Coupe.
The 2009 Pontiac G8 and G8 GXP looked incredible this year; clean body style, nice interior and even though they had no HP specs on it. I know no one would be disappointed at all with these models.
Other GM vehicles that were there were the new Trailblazer SS, the new Silverado Hybrid and GMC Sierra Hybrid. Hybrids were being pushed by everyone this show, Chevy, GMC, Saturn, and even though Pontiac didn't have any; I bet they will in the future. Over all the show as a success and you should go check it out. It runs from Friday November 21 to the end of Thanksgiving weekend. If you can't make it out there here are some photos from the press day.
